The following statement discloses Pheids’s privacy policies for its web site. We do update our policy periodically without notice so please check occasionally for any changes. We take privacy very seriously and the personal data collected from our registered member will be used only for providing them service as well as for their benefits. We at Pheids respect your desire to protect personal information. This page reveals what sort of information we may ask you for, and in what situations. We request personal information when you place an order, register and request a service, apply for free registration, correspond with us or engage in certain other activities on our website. For example: When you register yourself on-line with us, you will be asked for information needed to complete the transaction, such as your name, address, and credit card number. If you request technical support by email or telephone, we will ask you for information needed to complete the transaction, such as your registered user ID and information about your computer hardware, software and the nature of the problem you are experiencing. It is your decisions whether to precede with any activity that requests personal information. However, please note that if you do not wish to provide the requested information, you may not be able to complete the specific process.

How we use this information
a) Personal Information-
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. In order to use Pheids Service and the toolbar user must first complete the registration form. During registration user is required to give user contact information (such as First and Last name, E-mail address, Postal address, Personal identifier etc.). Pheids will use your contact details to contact you regarding the product and/or services you have requested. This includes re-registration/renewal notifications, special offers, and surveys on improving our service.

b) Payment Information-
If user registers to use the Service provided by Pheids, we will collect credit card information, and other payment information necessary to complete a payment from user. Pheids may use a third party to process and verify credit cards for billing purposes. This requires us to share user name, credit card number, expiration date and billing address with the credit card processing company. When processing a payment transaction, Pheids will also obtain information regarding the amount of the payment and other transaction data. We may transfer or disclose this payment information to a third party only to the extent necessary in order to complete the payment processing.

c) Computer System Information-

1) General

Pheids will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by email, telephone, mail or fax. Pheids will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between Pheids and the client, this includes telephone and email agreements.

2) Website Design

Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Pheids cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.

The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Pheids until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.

Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Pheids remain the copyright of Pheids and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Pheids.

Pheids cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

Any additions to the brief will be carried out at the discretion of Pheids and where no charge is made by Pheids for such additions, Pheids accept no responsibility to ensure such additions are error free and reserve the right to charge an according amount for any correction to these or further additions.

The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Pheids all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.

Pheids will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

Pheids will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner.

Pheids will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.

Pheids will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.

A deposit of 50% is required with any project before any design work will be carried out.

Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e If the client decides they no longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.

Database, Application and E-Commerce Development

Pheids cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure products are problem free and accurate, the ultimate responsibility lies with the client in ensuring that all software is functioning correctly before use.

Any scripts, cgi applications or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Pheids remain the copyright of Pheids and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Pheids.

Where applications or sites are developed on servers not recommended by Pheids, the client is expected to provide or seek any information, additional software, support or co-operation pertaining to the server required in order for the application to be correctly developed. Where large applications are to be developed, it is the clients responsibility to provide a suitable testing environment which is identical to the final production environment.

The client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to a site developed by Pheids before being made generally available for use. Where “bugs”, errors or other issues are found after the site is live, Pheids will endeavor (but is not obliged to) to correct these issues to meet the standards of function outlined in the brief.
3) Diagnostic tools-
Some Pheids online diagnoses application may collect a wide variety of useful information about the state of a computer system and the applications on it. This information is packaged into a document containing all the essential details needed by Pheids and is sent securely over the Internet to Pheids server or a third party server appointed by Pheids. Pheids analyzes this information to help diagnose and solve end-user problems. Information collected by Pheids application will not contain any sensitive information such as Web sites visited, e-mail messages, e-mail addresses sent to, passwords, profiles, etc. Use of the Secure Access and Diagnoses applications is also subject to the terms of use in the respective software license agreements.

4) Live Help Session Records
Pheids reserves the right to monitor on-line and off-line sessions between user and a Technical Support Executive for quality control of the Service provided to the Customer by Technical Support Executive. In addition, we may record on-line and off-line sessions conducted on the Web site for user reference and to assist in resolution of disputes and/or potential complaints. The session records will also be used to improve the Service, build a support knowledge base, and/or conduct internal market research. Session record data will not be correlated with personally identifiable data about individual customers.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
